August 21
8:28 a.m. - A caller on Central Street told police that a car followed him and jumped into his car and took his keys. A 43-year-old from Easton was issued a summons for breaking and entering into a car vehicle for a misdemeanor and larceny under $250.

12:58 a.m. - During a traffic stop on Pearl Street near Central Street, a 17-year-old was issued a summons for operating between midnight and 5 a.m. without a parent and failure to dim headlights.
4:56 p.m. - During a traffic stop near Hill Cabinets on Central Street, a 24-year-old from Plainville received a summons for attaching plates to a motor vehicle, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and speeding in violation of special regulation.

7:18 p.m. - A caller on Wheeler Circle stated that his son ran away from home. Following an investigation, Angela Diaz, 41, of Stoughton, was arrested and charged with assault and battery on a child with injury.
