Man Charged in Stoughton YMCA Assault Ordered Held On Bail
Victor Rosario, 35 of Hyde Park, appeared in front of a judge Friday at Stoughton District Court.

STOUGHTON, MA — The man wanted in an alleged assault at the YMCA has been taken into custody.
Friday morning, Victor Rosario, 35 of Hyde Park, turned himself in at the Stoughton Police Station. A warrant had been issued for his arrest. He has been charged with assault and battery causing serious bodily injury and trespassing, according to the Norfolk County District Attorney's office.
Police say he promised to answer the charges after an investigation by the detectives unit.

Friday, Rosario pleaded not guilty to the charges during his arraignment at Stoughton District Court. He was ordered held on $5,000 cash bail and ordered to stay away from the Stoughton YMCA.
As of Friday afternoon, Rosario has not posted bail.
