Police Log: Drug Possession, Fake Prescriptions, and More

The following is from the Stoughton Police Log. Arrests and charges mentioned do not imply conviction.

November 16

8:42 p.m. - A pharmacist at Rite Aid on Washington Street told police that a bad prescription was passed. The suspect, a 45-year-old from Brockton, received a summons for three counts of uttering a false prescription and three counts of writing an improper prescription.

12:55 – A 23-year-old male from Boston received a summons on Hawes Way for operating with a suspended license.

4:14 p.m. - Two people were arrested during a traffic stop on Pleasant Street by Glen Echo Boulevard. Richard Lorenzi, 46, of Brockton, was arrested and charged with possession of a Class C drug, conspiracy to violate drug law, and possession of an open container of alcohol inside a motor vehicle. Jose Figueroa, 35, of Brockton, was arrested and charged with conspiracy to violate drug law, possession of an open container of alcohol inside a motor vehicle, and possession of a Class B drug.
