Stoughton Man Charged With 5th OUI
Roger Stanton Pushee Jr., 65, was arrested Wednesday night.

STOUGHTON, MA — A Stoughton man who allegedly caused two crashes now faces drunken driving charges for the fifth time, police said.
Roger Stanton Pushee Jr., 65, was arrested Wednesday night and in addition to his 5th OUI charge, he faces charges of leaving the scene of a crash causing property damage and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. He was arraigned Thursday in Stoughton District Court and is free on $5,500 bail, according to the Enterprise.
While police were responding to a two-car crash at the intersection of School and Cushing Streets, they found Pushee unsteady with a strong oder of alcohol on his breath. At the scene, a person told Officer Jonathan Gagne that his daughter was involved in a crash at the intersections of Cushing and Simpson Streets.
