Stoughton Man Faces Multitude of Drug Charges in Sharon, Stoughton

STOUGHTON, MA — A Stoughton man who faces multiple drug charges after an early morning arrest in Sharon was arrested again in his hometown.

Daniel Coelho, 25, was charged Saturday night with carrying a dangerous weapon was charged with three counts of possession of a Class E drug with intent to distribute (subsequent offense).

Police arrested Coelho after receiving reports of an erratic driver, according to the Enterprise. A allegedly car operated by Coelho was found at the Shell on Washington Street. Police say they could see pills on the floor of the vehicle and after obtaining a search warrant, discovered post office box with a bag containing over 200 Xanax pills and six bottles of steroids.

On Dec. 5, Coelho was arrested by the Sharon Police Department and charged with carrying a dangerous weapon, possession of LSD/acid (subsequent offense), possession of LSD/acid with intent to distribute, possession of Aderol (subsequent offense), possession of Aderol with intent to distribute, possession of Suboxone (subsequent offense), possession of Xanax (subsequent offense), possession of Xanax with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, and two counts of possess on of drug paraphernalia.

Sharon police say they arrested Coelho after an officer saw a vehicle parked on Wilshire Drive at about 1:56 a.m. Coelho was taken into custody after an investigation.

Coelho was scheduled to be arranged in Stoughton District Court Monday.
