Woman Charged With Assault After Massage Goes Wrong: Police

Police say a Roxbury woman lunged at a woman after he demanded a refund for a massage.

STOUGHTON, MA — A woman hired through Backpage.com to give a massage pulled a knife on the customer when he wanted a refund, police said.

Shanice Denice Guerra, 19, of Roxbury, was arrested Thursday morning and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, armed assault with intent to rob and misleading police, according to the Enterprise.

Police say the victim purchased a massage for $150 but when things went bad at the Courtyard Marriott on Technology Center Drive, the man asked for his money back and Guerra allegedly lunged at him with a knife. The victim fled after an unknown man showed up.
