$157,000 Contract Locked In for New Town Manager
Selectmen finalized a contract for the new town manager.

Earlier this week at a Sudbury Board of Selectmen meeting, a three-year contract was approved with new town manager Melissa Murphy Rodrigues.
A $157,000 contract was approved with a vote 3-1, reported the Sudbury Town Crier, which added that Rodrigues will take over duties for the town on Nov. 1, after leaving her position as chief of staff in Everett.
The contract includes a $150,000 base sale, $5,500 car allowance and $2,000 insurance reimbursement.

Rodrigues was one of three finalists named earlier in September.
