It's opening at the Meadow Walk in Sudbury, home to Whole Foods, The Farmer's Daughter, Orange Theory Fitness, Mooyah, and the upcoming eatery Ramen Haven, among other stores and restaurants.

Club Pilates, founded in San Diego in 2007, is a Reformer Pilates studio offering classes for all levels. There are four class offerings: level 1 foundation, level 1.5 progression, level 2 evolution and level 2.5 mastery.

The business said it remains pure to Joseph Pilates’ original Reformer-based Contrology Method, but offers a modernized approach with group practice and state-of-the-art equipment. It also offers one-on-one training with its instructors.

There are at least 20 Club Pilates locations in Massachusetts, including studios in Boston, Brookline, Burlington, Canton, Framingham, Hanover, Hingham, Newton, Salem, Shrewsbury, Somerville and Waltham.

Club Pilates Sudbury is open Monday through Thursday from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m., Fridays from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., and Saturdays and Sundays from 8 a.m to 2 p.m., according to its website.

The business offers one free class for beginners if you text or call (978) 917-2019. You can find the schedule for Club Pilates Sudbury here.
