SUDBURY, MA — Sudbury residents have until early August to pay first-quarter real estate and personal property taxes before late charges again.
The fiscal 2027 first-quarter bills must be received by the Treasurer/Collector’s Office on or before Aug. 3, the town announced on Monday.
Payments can be made online through UniPay, mailed using the envelope provided with the tax bill or made through a personal bank’s bill pay system. The town said residents using mail or bank bill pay should allow enough time for delivery and processing.
Residents may also use the payment drop box outside the Flynn Building at 278 Old Sudbury Road. Cash should not be placed in the drop box, and payments should be enclosed in an envelope with the collector’s copy of the tax bill so the account can be credited properly, according to the town.
The Treasurer/Collector’s Office summer hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesdays and closed Fridays.
The town said actual tax bills, including payment coupons for the first and second quarters, were mailed in July.
Residents who have misplaced a bill may request a duplicate by calling (978) 639-3376 or emailing treasurer@sudbury.ma.us.
