Yoga Six offers six signature class types and three specialty classes, including both heated and non-heated classes. The franchise began in 2012 and now operates over 200 locations.

The new Sudbury location joins four others in Massachusetts, including ones in Burlington, Kingston, Somerville and Wellesley.

The yoga studio will join retailers at Sudbury Plaza Shopping Center. The shopping center is also home to Shaw's Supermarket, CVS, Starbucks and Chase Bank, among other stores.
