On the Board: Vote to Determine Whether Dog is 'Nuisance' or 'Dangerous'
The Sudbury Selectmen tackle an agenda on Monday night that includes deciding whether a resident's dog is considered a danger.

SUDBURY, MA—The Sudbury Board of Selectmen addresses a 19-item agenda that includes a change of hands for the Craft Beer Cellar, and a whether or not a resident's dog is a dangerous or nuisance dog.
The meeting, which is open to the public, takes place on Tuesday, June 7, at 7:30 p.m. at the Town Hall.
At 7:50 p.m. As the Local Licensing Authority, vote on whether to approve the application of Villa TBR Corp, d/b/a Craft Beer Cellar Sudbury, 365 Boston Post Rd, for a Change of d/b/a to Sudbury Craft Beer, under G. L. Ch. 138, s.15, Gustavo Villatoro, Manager.

At 8 p.m., a public hearing will be held to determine whether the dog owned and/or kept by Beverly Whitcomb at 53 Highland Ave., Sudbury, is a Nuisance Dog or Dangerous Dog as those terms are defined in the statute.
The agenda also includes several donations, a resignation, and site plan approvals.
