Gov. Orders Flags at Half-Staff to Honor SSG Sean O’Connell
Flags fly at half-staff on Tuesday.

MASSACHUSETTS—Governor Charlie Baker has ordered that the United States flag and the Commonwealth flag be lowered to half-staff at all state buildings from sunrise until sunset on Tuesday, Oct. 25, in honor of SSG Sean Christopher O’Connell, U.S. Army 379th Engineer Company, of Rockland.
SSG O'Connell, 36, died of natural causes while on a hunting trip in Maine earlier this month. Services are planned for Monday.
