Ohio Man Soliciting in Marlborough Neighborhood Arrested for Carrying Loaded Gun
The following are excerpts from the Marlborough police department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Tuesday, Sept. 8
- At 9:08 a.m., police responded to suspicious activity, New England Sports Center
- At 11:54 a.m., police served a warrant at 165 Chestnut St.
- At 11:55 a.m., police issued a harassment order at 169B Broadmeadow Road, Apt. 7
- At 1:53 p.m., harassment was reported, 15 Mill St. North
- At 1:55 p.m., police investigated a report of larceny at Target
- At 4:38 p.m., police responded to a complaint about soliciting at 38 O’Malley Road. Subsequently, police arrested a Ohio man on numerous charges. Jack Ornton Buchanan II, 37, 20095 Laurel Run Road, Nelsonville, OH, was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a MV, poising a large capacity loaded firearm without an FID license, carrying a firearm loaded without a license, firearm violation with one prior violent/drug crime
- At 4:42 p.m., police responded to reports of a missing person from Jaworek Elementary
- At 5:05 p.m., police responded to a report of larceny at Price Chopper
- AT 8:02 p.m., police responded to a report of larceny at Target. Teneka Renay McPherson, 31, 34 Devens St., Apt. 2, Marlborough, was arrested on forgery of a document (three counts), uttering a false document (three counts) and receiving stolen property
