Property Inspections Underway in Sudbury

SUDBURY, MA — Since over a ten year period, the state mandates that assessors conduct interior inspections of every property in town, this is handled in a cyclical fashion.

Sudbury officials announced recently that if your home has not been inspected recently, or has had building permit activity ongoing or or recently completed, you should expect a visit by a representative of the Sudbury Assessors within the next several months.

Property inspections typically entail verifying building measurements, and pertinent data elements relative to the home, said the announcement.
