Rebuilding After The Fire At Brimstone And Whitetail Lanes
Two homes were damaged by fires. The rebuild is coming along.
SUDBURY, MA—This past winter, blazes ripped through and destroyed two beautiful homes in Sudbury.
On Thursday, Dec. 15, 2016 around 2 p.m., a three-alarm blaze blew shot through the roof at 110 Brimstone Lane, a UPS driver seeing the fire and calling 911. Everyone, including pets, were evacuated from the home and no one was injured.
And on Jan. 15, a three-alarm house fire brought seven fire departments to 15 Whitetail Lane, a 2.5 story wood frame house. There were no injuries and a father and son were home at the time.

According to the Building Department, the reconstruction of the two homes are "moving right along."
Both homes are being rebuilt using the existing foundations, a practice, says the Building Department, that is being used more often in remodeling to keep cost down and reduce environmental issues.
