Rhode Island Man Arrested on Fugitive of Justice Warrant
The following arrest information was supplied by the Sudbury Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A call to the Sunday morning regarding an erratic driver resulted in an arrest of an East Providence, R.I., man.
According to Lt. Scott Nix, Alfredo Conde, Estevao, 26, of 7 South Carpenter St., was pulled over on Boston Post Road at about 10:46 a.m.
After the responding officer completed an investigation, it was found Estevao had two governor's warrants out for his arrest from Philadelphia.

The warrants were for:
- Third degree felony accident causing death or serious bodily injury while not having a license
- Third degree felony accident causing death or serious bodily injury.
Estevao was also charged with:

- Following too close
- Marked lanes violation
- Unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Estevao was held overnight and transported to Framingham District Court Monday morning for his arraignment, where he was to be asked whether to fight or waive extradition to Philadelphia.
