Sudbury Officials Rethink Future of Frost Farm

The North Road farmhouse was renovated over ten years ago and recently became vacant.

SUDBURY, MA- The Sudbury-owned Frost Farm house has recently become vacant and the town is thinking of what to do with it next.

According to the Sudbury Town Crier, the town's board of selectmen talked over possibilities for the 3,600 square foot farmhouse which is next to the Frost Farm Senior Residential Community.

Elaine Saunders, a member of Frost Farm Village’s Board of Trustees, told selectmen that the board hopes any new structures to come there follow the model of a senior moderate-income community.
