Sudbury resident Ed Bleiler has joined Insight Performance as Senior Benefits Consultant

Dedham, Mass. (September 20, 2016) - Insight Performance, a human resources and employee benefits consulting firm, announced that Ed Bleiler has joined the company as a Senior Benefits Consultant to serve as client relationship manager within Insight’s Large Group Practice. He will help clients throughout New England develop and execute employee benefits strategies.

Ed brings a breadth of knowledge to the role having worked with fully insured and self-funded employee benefit programs, both as a consultant/broker and as an insurance carrier sales and operations executive. Prior to joining Insight, he was the Senior Vice President of Employee Benefits at Baystate Financial Services for nine years. Bleiler is also a recognized leader in the benefits marketplace having served on Broker Advisory Councils for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Tufts Health Plan, and the Massachusetts Health Insurance Connector.

Ed has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Utica College of Syracuse University and an MPA from Northeastern University. He is active with the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU), and the Massachusetts Association of Health Underwriters.
