Sudbury Welcomes New DPW Director

Dan Nason will start soon as the town's new Director of Public Works.

SUDBURY, MA—"I am very excited to welcome him to the team," said Sudbury Town Manager Melissa Rodriguez.

Dan Nason will take the helm as Sudbury's Director of Public Works, starting on Oct. 17.

Nason joins Sudbury from Northborough, where he served as Public Works Director, and
he has served Ayer in the same capacity.

"Dan has an excellent reputation and a unique skillset, which he will bring to Sudbury to help us continue to modernize our department and find ways to best serve residents," wrote Rodriguez in her monthly newsletter. "Sudbury Police Chief Scott Nix has been serving the community as the Interim DPW Director for months and I cannot begin to thank him enough for his dedication to our community."
