Sudbury's Average Joes to Perform at New England Revolution Game
The group was among three that won a chance to perform at a Revolution game.
SUDBURY, MA — Sudbury resident Marc Rosenbaum and his fellow Average Joes quartet members were named one of three winning acts in the New England Revolution’s fourth annual National Anthem Auditions.
The group's win earns them a chance to perform at a Revolution home match this season.
The final leg of the contest took place on March 9 at the Lansdowne Pub in Boston, where the Average Joes "quickly became a crowd favorite."

The group battled 15 selected finalists who competed in front of a panel of judges that included Revs players Jose Goncalves and Charlie Davies, and Revs Sideline Reporter Jessie Coffield. Fans came out to support the singers as well as enjoyed a meet and greet with the Revs players and the chance to win prizes.
