Sudbury's Design Review Board Is Looking For A New Member

Want to join a town board? The design board is looking for you.

SUDBURY, MA—Help shape the town in which you live.

The Sudbury Planning Board is looking for members of the community to serve as volunteers on the Design Review Board, it said in a recent announcement.

According to officials, members of this board review applications for exterior changes to commercial buildings and multi-family developments and commercial signs. Desired qualifications include residing in proximity to a Business District, or having an interest or professional training in architecture or design. Members are expected to attend bi-monthly meetings, typically held on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month.

All interested residents are welcome to submit a Volunteer Application. Applications will be accepted until the position is filled. All members require appointment by the Planning Board. The position is for a three year term.
