Dzhokhar, who throws pipe bombs out of moving vehicles, apparently poses no safety risk to have unsupervised family visits before the anniversary of the Boston Marathon bombings, while Justina, a fifteen year old girl with a complicated medical history, must have an armed guard when Mom visits, and may not get a hug or a whispered "I love you" to Mom.
What is the State afraid she will share?
Will Justina have to spend her upcoming 16th birthday in lock-up, alone? (Happy Mother’s Day, Linda –and Grandma. Happy Sweet 16th, Justina).
