Tri-Town Art Show at Berlin's 1870 Town Hall,February 6-8
Sudbury Valley Trustees is hosting a weekend Art Show and Auction at Berlin's 1870 Town Hall featuring original paintings and photographs
Sudbury Valley Trustees (SVT) is hosting a weekend Art Show at Berlin’s 1870 Town Hall with original paintings and photographs, inspired by the natural beauty of Northborough, Berlin and Boylston. The artists’ work reflects the importance of SVT’s latest conservation endeavor in this region, the Tri-Town Landscape Protection (“Tri-Town”) Project. The Town of Berlin, the Town of Northborough, the Town of Boylston, and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts join SVT in an effort to protect 500 acres of land that comprises quality habitat, working farms, and recreational trails. Working in a nine-square-mile area around Mount Pisgah and the Wachusett Reservoir, the group is striving to save an ecologically important and visually stunning landscape from further development.
SVT welcomes you to learn more about the Tri-Town Landscape Protection Project while enjoying an opening reception on Friday, February 6 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. The gallery will be open for viewing on Saturday, February 7, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. The Art Show will conclude Sunday evening with a reception and silent auction from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. All proceeds from the auction will benefit the Tri-Town Project. Admission to the Tri-Town Art Show events is free and open to the public, with a cash bar hosted by Nashoba Valley Winery on both Friday and Sunday evening.
Berlin’s 1870 Town Hall is located at 12 Woodward Avenue, Berlin.
