In the video below, Chef Scott Richardson teaches the class at Bullfinch’s in Sudbury how to make the perfect menu of mussels, duck l’orange and lemon cake.

Want to try it for yourself? Bullfinch’s offers cooking classes every Tuesday. This 16-seat demo class “offers multiple opportunities to taste, discuss, observe, and cook.”

The cuisine based classes start at 6:30 p.m. each week, and includes a three-course menu paired with wine.
