This Week at Sudbury United Methodist Church
Worship, Music, Cancer Support, Outreach, Halloween Celebrations . . . it's all here at SUMC!
Pastor Joel Guillemette and the congregation of the Sudbury United Methodist Church invite you to join them for the 9:30 a.m. worship service and activities on Sunday, October 18. The church is located at 251 Old Sudbury Road on Route 27 just east of the historic town center. The church is accessible and offers abundant parking.
Children worship with their families for the first fifteen minutes and then go to age-level classes. During the children’s time, the focus will be on Psalm 104 as the children decide who the “You” is who gives us all gifts and what these gifts are. Adults will listen and reflect on Pastor Joel’s sermon “Praying Like Jesus.” A 40-day season of prayer and daily devotions will be introduced.
On Sunday afternoon October 18 two musical events will be offered. From 2 to 4 p.m. there will be a country dance with live music. Admission is $10 per person with a maximum of $20 per family. Then at 4 p.m. there will be a free Connexions Concert featuring the musical talents of church members and guest artists.
