What's Your House in Sudbury Worth?
Proposed valuation lists are available for Sudbury home owners. The overall average increase in property values was around five percent.

As the town waits for final certification of the Fiscal Year 2016 triennial revaluation of all properties, it invites property owners to review their proposed valuations during this period of public disclosure.
While the overall average increase in property values was approximately 5 percent, certain property types experienced increases above the average, said the announcement. Among the property types experiencing the greatest appreciation are residential condominiums.
The period for review of valuations will end on Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2015. Inquiries may be made by phoning the Assessor’s office at 978-639-3393 or 978-639-3395 or by email: assessors@sudbury.ma.us
