2020 Sudbury Election In June: Who's On The Ballot
The Sudbury spring election was supposed to happen on March 30. Here's a refresher on who's running.

SUDBURY, MA — The Sudbury spring town election has been postponed until summer.
The election was supposed to happen on March 30, but on May 5 the Board of Selectmen voted to move it back to June 23 due to the coronavirus pandemic. The Selectmen have also shortened Election Day voting hours: polls will be open noon to 8 p.m. rather than the usual 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.

But, the Town Clerk is encouraging voters to cast ballots by mail this year. Anyone who feels unsafe voting because of coronavirus can cast an absentee ballot. Residents can also vote early by mail with no excuse needed. You can download applications to vote by mail on the Town Clerk's website. The last day to register to vote is June 12

Correction: This article has been updated to remove several candidates who pulled papers to run in the election, but will not appear on the ballot. Those candidates include Katherine Steele-Dantin and Maura Carty (3-year term) for the Subdury School Committee, and Robert Stein for the Lincoln-Sudbury Regional District School Committee.
