Arrests for Assault, OUI and Disorderly Conduct Last Week

At 1:16 a.m., a barking dog was reported in a yard on Humphrey Street.
At 3:08 a.m., a caller complained of a noise and insisted it wasn’t fireworks, but rather sounded like a gun. Police confirmed it was fireworks.

At 6:24 a.m., a motor vehicle was reported stolen overnight. Lynn police located the vehicle with heavy front end damage.
At 9:25 a.m., a caller reported an abandoned bike that appeared to have been stolen.

At 9:59 a.m., a past motor vehicle breaking and entering was reported.

At 1:20 p.m., an injured bird was reported on Fairview Avenue.
At 2:29 p.m. a 7-year-old girl was cut by glass from a broken glass door.
At 3:59 p.m., an unwanted guest was reported at Sea Glass Beer and Wine.
At 6:54 p.m., a woman reported a squirrel in her kitchen.
At 9:24 p.m., a caller reported a man flashed a gun at him. Police arrested Michael Demille, 43, of Swampscoot, charging him with assault with a dangerous weapon and possession of a knife over 2.5 inches long.
At 10:18 p.m., Bernard Beisheim, 44, of Swampscott was arrested and charged with OUI liquor following a motor vehicle crash.
At 10:56 p.m., Branden Pereira, 23, of Nahant, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
