Bat Finds Its Way into Woman's House

Wendesday, Jan. 7

At 1:39 a.m., police performed a well-being check on a resident whom Marblehead police reported had called its department multiple times.

At 11:15 a.m., a call came in from Swampscott Town Hall requesting assistance with a person being loud and obnoxious. The caller canceled the request.

At 7:52 p.m., a caller reported a neighbors back door was open. Investigation revealed all to be in order and the wind had opened the door.

At 10:18 p.m., a caller reported a vehicle blocking access to his driveway. Police investigated and found the vehicle to be legally parked.

Thursday, Jan. 8

At 8:29 a.m., a party reported a suspicious vehicle on Hampden Street.

At 12:10 p.m., the fire department assisted a woman who locked her keys in her car with it running at Stop and Shop.

At 9:50 p.m., police helped a woman remove a bat from her home.
