Thursday, August 11 will be our “Grand Finale” program for the summer at the Swampscott Public Library. Alex the Jester will perform here at 2:00 p.m. See daring stunts, mind-bending sight gags, dazzling visual spectacle, musical capers and physical feats! Alex is a world famous performer, who has performed in Australia, New Zealand, and Canada as well as all over the U.S. Some of his venues include: The Just for Laughs Comedy Festival in Montreal, The Singapore Arts Festival, and Japan’s World Performance Festival. After the performance reading certificates, Bertucci’s meal coupons, and Topsfield fair prizes will be awarded. We will also draw our raffle prize winners. You do not need to be present to win the raffles. No registration is needed for this exciting program, which is suitable for all ages. If you can’t make it on the 11th you may come in to pick up your prizes & certificate until Sept. 15.
