Come learn about the proposed design for Howland Park and help better the community
On February 25th at 7:00PM, members of the Municipal Design Committee along with the Open Space and Recreation Plan Committee will be conducting a public forum at the Swampscott Public Library on the proposed plans for improving Howland Park. Neighbors and interested Swampscott resident are urged to attend. The groundwork has been laid, and now the transformation can begin.
