Plow Operations Clash with Residents

At 1:49 a.m., DPW reported vehicles parked and impeding snow removal near Humphrey and Eastern. One vehicle was ticketed and another towed.

At 9:52 a.m., a wire was reported down on Paradise.

At 11:07 a.m., three vehicles were reported to be impeding snow removal.

At 12:01 p.m., police received a complaint that a resident on Claremont was refusing to move her vehicle for plowing.

At 1:05 p.m., an attempted scam was reported.

At 4:36 p.m., a caller reported a private snow removal operation was plowing snow onto private property.

At 7:32 p.m, a call came in reporting a town plow had struck a parked vehicle.
