Resident Refuses to Open Door for Police to Serve Papers

At 5:43 a.m., a caller complained of loud maintenance vehicles on Essex Street.

At 5:58 a.m., a second caller complained of noise in the same area.

At 7:46 a.m., a boxer dog with a collar and no tags was found on Farragut Road. The animal control officer took the dog to North Shore Animal Hospital.

At 1:12 p.m., a woman called and said she lost her wallet at Vinnin Liquors and wondered whether anyone had turned it in. Police did not have it.

At 4:30 p.m., police attempted to serve a person with papers, but that person walked into the house after spotting police and refused to open the door.

At 4:47 p.m., loud car music was reported. Police spoke with the operator who agreed to turn down the music before entering the court.

At 7:47 p.m., a large number of razor blades were reported in the crosswalk at Puritan, Humphrey and Atlantic. The items were collected.
