Sunday, Sept. 13
At 12:05 a.m., a loud house party complaint was registered.
At 1:54 a.m., a woman reported hearing two male voices she didn’t recognize in the backyard.

At 9:21 a.m., a motor vehicle breaking and entering was reported on Salem Street.
At 3:09 p.m., a group of kids was reportedly on the football field at the high school.

At 6:23 p.m., an officer conducted a motor vehicle stop for a red light violation. The driver was found to be unlicensed and was issued a criminal summons. The owner of the vehicle will receive a summons in the mail for allowing unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
At 9:12 p.m., a fight was reported near the Clarke School.
At 11:17 p.m., police arrested Orlando Lopez, 20, of Lynn, following a motor vehicle stop. Lopez was charged with refusing to identify himself, failure to stop/yield and unlicensed operation.
