Police Respond to Report of Threats at Town Hall

At 9:09 a.m., a report came in of a tractor trailer blocking traffic near Pine and Superior streets.

At 1:40 p.m., a woman reported that she was pulled over by a man claiming to be a police officer. That man then followed her on Walker Road in a dark blue or black Ford truck.

At 4:01 p.m., police responded to a report of someone making threats at Swampscott Town Hall.

At 7:04 p.m., a caller reported being locked inside an office on Humphrey Street.

At 11:17 p.m., a homeowner stated that someone had removed the doorknob from the residence. No entry was gained.
