Swampscott Halloween Costume Sale Set For Town Hall

The Swampscott Recreation Department will be selling more than 200 gently used holiday costumes for between $1 and $15.

SWAMPSCOTT, MA — The Swampscott Recreation Department is looking to make Halloween fun a bit more accessible for those in need — and those looking to reuse and recycle — with the help of more than 200 donated gently used costumes.

The town's first used costume sale will take place each Wednesday in October from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Town Hall. Costumes are available for babies, toddlers, kids and adults.

The town is still accepting costumes for donation with those bringing a costume receiving 20 percent off their purchase of a used one from the sale.
