Swampscott Ranks Among Top 50 Suburbs in Massachusetts
Swampscott has a lot going for it... enough that it made the top 50 suburbs in the state according to a recent ranking.

Swampscott is an Grade A suburb, a grade that carried it to No. 48 on Niche’s recent rankings of top suburbs in the state.
Niche, which evaluates schools and neighborhoods, said it based its rankings on several factors, including livability, local schools, safety, jobs, community, and housing.
Swampscott was ranked No. 48 in the state while Brookline came in at No. 1 in the state and at No. 1 in the rankings of “Best Suburbs in America.” Swampscott did not make the top 100 of the national list.
