Swampscott Yoga Aficionados Stretch for a Cure
4th Annual Yoga Live! event raises funds and awareness for breast cancer research.

Yoga lovers, beginner or advanced, have a chance to help cancer patients with a fun, relaxing event.
The Sue deVries Cancer Foundation will host its fourth annual Yoga Live! event Sunday, Jan. 25. Yoga Live! will be held at Congregation Shirat Hayam, 55 Atlantic Ave., in Swampscott, from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Tickets to Yoga Live! can be purchased online for $35 or bought at the door for $40.

The Sue deVries Cancer Foundation was started in 2006 to provide free wellness support and cancer programing to patients in the North Shore area. The organization’s founder, Sue deVries, passed away from breast cancer in April of the same year.
Sue’s friends continue to run the foundation in her honor and provide free events and support such as education, counseling, support groups, exercise and nutrition to cancer patients.
