Town Administrator Says Building Permits Up

Town Administrator Thomas Younger said at the last selectmen's meeting that building permit fees are up by $17,000 this year.

"We anticipate that we will do better on fees than we did last year," he said.

Building permit fees are usually an indication of an improving economy.

Last year, the town projected it would receive $175,000 in building permit fees.
