Vehicles Towed for Snow Emergency Violations

Friday, Jan. 23
At 9:40 a.m., two dogs were reported loose and running in and out of traffic on Columbia Street.
At 2:57 p.m., a resident reported vandalism and a possible breaking and entering attempt on their vehicle.

Saturday, Jan. 24
At 2:37 a.m., a caller reported someone shooting fireworks from a a nearby house.

At 8:19 a.m., a man was arrested on an active felony warrant.
At 10:10 a.m., a caller reported a vehicle parked in the street during a snow emergency.
At 11:38 a.m., the DPW contacted police to have three vehicles moved that were parked on the street during a snow emergency and were impeding plowing. (there were two subsequent calls related to violations of the snow emergency)
At 12:53 p.m., a wallet was found and turned in.
At 8:17 p.m., Atlantic Ambulance called to report that an MBTA bus was stuck or disabled on the Essex Street bridge.
At 10:34 p.m., a large tan dog with a broken leg was reported on Sheridan Road.
