Well Built Man Seeks Women's Help Getting Bags Home

Friday, April 19
- At 1:05 a.m., an Estabrook Road caller told police his wife hit him and left the residence in a vehicle.
- At 10:10 p.m., police received a report that a home had been broken into on Burrill Street.
Saturday, April 20
- At 11:17 p.m., a motor vehicle accident was reported at 299 Salem St.
- 2:21 p.m., DPW asked police to remove parties from the Phillips Park soccer field and tell them the fields are closed until further notice.
- At 4:44 p.m., at Stop & Shop, a well built man in his 20s with a bald head was asking women for help getting his bags home. The man was possibly driving a Toyota. Police checked inside and outside the store and asked the manager to call police if similar incidents happen.
- At 6:33 p.m., a young male in a Red Sox shirt threatened to throw a baseball at a motorist's car while she was in traffic by the 7/Eleven.
- At 8:38 p.m., police received a report of an assault.

- At 8:06 a.m, police received a report of an unattended child in a car in the Whole Foods parking lot.
- At 9:58 a.m., a dog was reportedly barking on a Puritan Road porch.
- At 10:42 a.m., animal control was notified of a dead dog on Glen Road.
- At 12:03 p.m., police received a report from someone who said her iPhone was stolen the day before.
- At 6:35 p.m., police received a report that someone in a blue Cherokee was shooting Nerf projectiles.
- At 9:31 p.m., police received a call from a woman who was screaming, saying, he's going to kill me, before the phone call was disconnected. Police charged Michael Litvak, 65, 404 Paradise Road, Swampscott with domestic assault and battery.
Monday, April 22
- At 8:07 a.m., a Humphrey Street caller reported an individual rummaging through trash waiting for pick-up at the curb.
- At 8:14 a.m., a caller reported a suspicious black bag leaning against the net on the lowere Jackson soccer field. It turned out the bag held material for securing the net.
- At 2:46 p.m., a Barnstable Road caller reported that her residence had been broken into, the front door kicked in.

- At 00:25 a.m., police charged Peter Spinney, 54, 9 Rock Ave., Swampscott with domestic assault and battery, witness intimidation and threatening to commit a crime.
- At 9:16 a.m., a caller reported someone struck her vehicle and left the scene on Oakledge Road.
- At 5:01 p.m., a person came to the police station and reported that her car came out of gear and rolled down the driveway and struck a neighbor's fence.
Wednesday, April 24
- At 9:23 a.m., a New Ocean Street resident reported her motor vehicle had been keyed, a possible restraining order violation.
- At 10:14 a.m., a Roy Street landlord asked for polic ehelp with a tenant dispute.
- at 6:37 p.m., a caller reported her ex-husband was at the Bar Link Way residence making threats.
Thursday, April 25
- At 4:40 p.m., a caller at the Middle School reported a mother of a child in the extended day program became aggressive toward a teacher behind the school when the teacher told the parent not to park in the cordoned area. The parent threatened to drive over the barrier.
