Thursday, Jan. 29
At 4:20 a.m., a person complained of a private plow in the area.
At 8:13 a.m., a caller reported a down wire, possibly on Middlesex Avenue.

At 8:22 a.m., a caller reported an unoccupied DPW truck blocking traffic at the corner of Phillips Street and Claremont Terrace.
At 12:22 p.m., shoplifting of Beats headphones reported from Swampscott Mall.

At 2:28 p.m., a caller reported multiple motor vehicles causing traffic tie-ups and one man causing a disturbance.
At 3:04 p.m., possible shoplifting reported from Marshall’s.
At 4:20 p.m., a caller reported that a neighbor was shoveling snow on top of his car.
At 11 p.m., a caller reported a few youths in hockey masks in the area of the post office that were making neighbors nervous.
Friday, Jan. 30
At 7:17 a.m., a wire was reported down.
At 12:18 p.m., a caller reported the traffic lights out at Essex and and Eastman. Officers found lights out at Essex and mall access road as well and suspected power outage.
At 10:30 p.m., Donald Peterson, 66, was arrested following a motor vehicle stop. Charges were OUI Liquor, negligient operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation.
Saturday, Jan. 31
At 10:50 a.m., multiple vehicles were tagged for being illegally parked at Hadley School.
At 2:46 p.m., a caller reported a possible past breaking and entering.
At 4:54 p.m., a car became stuck in a snowbank.
At 10:51 p.m., a FedEx truck was involved in a motor vehicle accident.
