• 6 Schools Saving with Solar and Storage– SEIA (seia.org) — Benjamin A. Friedman Middle School has become the second Taunton public school, after Chamberlain Elementary, to install rooftop solar panels, saving an estimated $35,000 a year. Over the system’s life, the project could top $1 million in benefits and will also serve as a hands-on learning tool for Taunton students exploring renewable energy.
