• Alleged fentanyl dealer nabbed in sting (lowellsun.com) — Police arrested a Methuen man at a Tewksbury hotel after a joint investigation, seizing over 100 grams of suspected fentanyl, crack cocaine, and nearly $19,000 in cash. Tewksbury's police chief highlighted the regional teamwork behind the sting, which targeted alleged drug distribution across the Merrimack Valley and adds to existing trafficking charges the suspect already faced.
   

• Super 25 Massachusetts high school football rankings ahead of Week 5 (metrowestdailynews.com) — Tewksbury High's football team has climbed to No. 17 in the latest statewide Super 25 rankings heading into Week 5, reflecting a strong start to the season. The list, compiled by regional sports writers, places Tewksbury among Massachusetts' top programs alongside powerhouses like St. John's Prep, Catholic Memorial, and Central Catholic.
