Business Profile: Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage

Familiar Real Estate Office settles into a new home.

The Coldwell Banker name is a familiar one here in Tewksbury.  With an office in Tewksbury since 2003, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has been helping local clients successfully buy and sell real estate for close to a decade.

Much like many of its clients, the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Office also has a brand new place to call home.

Opened in June of 2011, the office is just moments from its previous location on Route 38.  Bright and welcoming, the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Office is filled with photographs featuring local landmarks and historic sites.

Also new to the office is Senior Vice President and Sales Manager Massoud Atallah. With eleven years experience with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage behind him, Atallah’s transition to the new office in October of 2012 was seamless. 

“I started as a sales agent in 2000 and have been onboard with Coldwell Banker ever since,” he explained. “I went on to the management training program in 2009 and, when this opportunity opened up, it was the perfect fit. Coldwell Banker takes pride in pairing the right managers and locations.”

With a solid staff of thirty five sales agents and two administrators Atallah’s goals are straightforward.  “I want to continue to build on what has already been established here at the Tewksbury location,” said Atallah.  “My objective is to help all of the agents here reach their full potential.”

“We have the number one market share in Tewksbury and that, in turn, allows us to make certain that each of our clients is able to meet their individual goals,” he went on.

Atallah himself may be new to the local community but, at the same time, he is no stranger to community service in general.  In the past he has worked as an assistant football coach at both the high school and college level. Most recently, Atallah began volunteering with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Lowell.
