Elements Therapeutic Massage is Under New Ownership and Management

Owner Cheryl Arbia wants to bring highest level of professionalism to the Tewksbury studio.

Cheryl Arbia, owner of the Elements studio in Andover for the past four years, purchased the Tewksbury franchise and took over on Sept. 1.

With over 20 years in health care, clinical administration and consulting, Arbia said she is thrilled to take the experience and management skills that have made the Andover Elements so successful and apply them to Tewksbury.

“Andover is one of the top three in the country. I believe it has succeeded because our exceptional customer service," said Arbia.

Arabia explained they also take the time to really get to know their clients and supply them with a monthly newsletter educating them on different massage modalities, which may heal an issue they are having.

She plans to bring the Tewksbury studio to the highest level of professionalism and support continuing education for their therapists in order to help them be the best in the country.

In a letter to existing members, Arbia wrote that “I know you will be happy with the changes we will be making to ensure that you have the best massage experience possible in the most professional environment. You will continue to enjoy scheduling your massages with the same great therapists you have come to know and trust."

Also new to both studios is General Manager Karen Isgur. Arbia described Isgur as “committed to health and wellness who has helped people of all ages and backgrounds to live healthier, more fulfilling and productive lives”

Isgur has her personal training certification, foot and reflexology certification, and has experience in publishing, college administration, and marketing.

“Her wide range of knowledge and experience make her a great asset to our studios,” said Arbia.

Thursday, Nov. 17 will be Member Appreciation Open House, according to Arbia. This is a time that members can purchase purchase gift cards at the best prices of the year and encourage others to become members.

The studio is also running specials listed on the Elements website.

The hours are Monday - Saturday, 
9:00am to 8:00pm and Sunday, 9 a.m. - 7 p.m.
