Letter from Tewksbury resident Margie Ellsworth:

Dear Editor:

My name is Margie Ellsworth, and I’ve lived in Tewksbury for over 35 years. Not many candidates have come and knocked on my door but Alec DiFruscia did. That’s one of the reasons why I’m supporting him to be our next State Representative.

It’s hard to be a senior and a homeowner in Tewksbury. Taxes are going up faster than my social security check. Seniors like me are feeling the squeeze.

Alec DiFruscia has said he will never vote for a tax increase. We need a fighter who isn’t afraid to say no to the career politicians at the State House who want to reach into our wallets. Alec has worked hard his whole campaign and he will work even harder at the State House.

I ask you to join me in voting for Alec DiFruscia for State Representative in Tewksbury and Wilmington.

To the Editor:

The radical Democrats on Beacon Hill are doing everything they can to destroy Massachusetts, take away our freedoms, erase our history, punish the police and turn us into a socialist state. We can’t let that happen. That’s why I’m supporting Republican Alec DiFruscia for State Representative this November.

Alec DiFruscia will fight to control spending and taxes on Beacon Hill. He’s pledged to vote against any and all tax increases – a promise we desperately need in this era of money-hungry State House leaders. Alec will defend, not defund, our police officers. Alec will never vote to make Massachusetts a sanctuary state.

Alec DiFruscia will stand up for the working families, senior citizens and children of Massachusetts. He’s smart, energetic and working hard to win.

On the other hand, the Democrat incumbent votes with the house speaker the vast majority of the time. He has voted for tax hikes more than once, including the graduated income tax and a vote to allow for a gas tax. The Democrat incumbent also voted to block transparency measures and maintain the shroud of secrecy around the Democrat-controlled state legislature.

But there’s good news. With your support, Alec DiFruscia will bring private-sector experience, commonsense and accountability to Beacon Hill. Please, join me and support Alec DiFruscia for State Representative.

Dear Editor:

I write in support of Dave Robertson’s candidacy for re-election to the State House of Representatives for the 19th Middlesex District. Rep. Robertson has demonstrated a commitment to accessibility since taking office, and a drive to improve our district.

Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, Rep. Robertson was a valuable resource to the town as he was able to work in a bipartisan manner to secure funding to fix the public safety issues of the North Wilmington MBTA station. He served as a valuable resource in discussions to explore ways in which we could improve the Route 38 corridor, expedite the acceptance of unaccepted ways, and work towards improving the senior circuit breaker tax credit to provide needed relief for seniors in town.

As the COVID-19 pandemic began, Rep. Robertson stepped up and was effective in communicating and coordinating with state and local officials as AdviniaCare and CareOne transformed into COVID-19 facilities.

Rep. Robertson has not taken for granted the responsibilities of being a public servant, and I hope that you will join me in returning him to the State House so that he will continue to capably serve the residents of Wilmington.

Dear Editor:

As former law enforcement officers, we proudly endorse Alec DiFruscia for State Representative in Tewksbury and Wilmington. Alec will always back the blue and stand up to the leftist mob that wants to defund our police.

Left-wing politicians cater to a vocal mob that is constantly seeking to kneecap our police. We now have the opportunity to send a defender of our police to the State House, and Alec DiFruscia is that candidate. He’s not afraid to support the police and he will continue to do so on Beacon Hill.

Alec DiFruscia is the law and order candidate. He will stand up for small businesses and push for policies that will help ease the tax burden on working families. He won’t be a part of the go-along-to-get-along crowd at the State House.

It’s time for a new generation of leadership at the State House. That’s why I hope you’ll join us in voting for Alec DiFruscia for State Representative.
