Giourard and Donlon were arraigned Tuesday and pleaded not guilty to the charges. At that hearing, a prosecutor said he had a criminal record in Nevada, Florida, New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Donlon was allegedly driving Donlon when he carried out the Petrolex robbery.

"“[Donlon] stated that Mr. Girouard returned to her car with a silver revolver firearm in his hand yelling ‘go, go, go’ as she drove away. He was carrying a white plastic bag with Newport and Marlboro red cigarettes inside as well as a large amount of cash," Assistant District Attorney Gabrielle Lomanno said at Tuesday's hearing. Both are due back in court next month.
