Rounsevell Road Fire Rekindles, Fire Dept. Back on Scene Tuesday Morning
Companies were back on the scene of the Monday afternoon fire that destroyed a family home.

A two-alarm fire that destroyed a Rounsevell Road home on Monday rekindled Tuesday morning.
Tewksbury Fire was back on the scene with reports of fire showing.

Just after 4 p.m. on Monday, Tewksbury Fire was called to 85 Rounsevell Road for a fire that quickly went to two alarms. Fed by natural gas, the department were also faced with the obstacle of having water issues due to a nearby hydrant that was not viable. At one point, the fire was threatening neighboring structures, but firefighters kept it at bay.
The house is said to be a total loss, and no injuries have been reported.

Companies from Billerica, Wilmington and North Reading assisted Tewksbury with the fire and station coverage.
Investigators are looking into the cause of the fire.
