Dokos, of 120 Colonial Rd. Lawrence, was placed into custody Monday after an alleged attack left the victim temporarily unconscious and with broken bones, according to Tewksbury police.

Lowell District Court Judge Daniel Crane ruled that Dokos was a danger and ordered him held until the next day when he would decide on releasing him on a GPS device with conditions, according to the Lowell Sun's report.

At the time of his arrest, Dokos was held on $25,000 bail pending arraignment, but was ordered held without bail Tuesday. He was later released on $5,000 cash bail Thursday, but must live in Lawrence during his house arrest and cannot set foot in Tewksbury, reports the Lowell Sun.
